You are not obliged to go to the bicycle dealer where you purchased the bike for maintenance. You can visit any recognized dealer affiliated with the Lease a Bike network.
- Make an appointment at an affiliated bicycle dealer of your choice.
- Share your Contract ID or the frame number of your bike with the dealer. The dealer can use this to immediately check your remaining maintenance budget in our platform.
- Direct billing: The costs that fall within your budget are billed directly to us by the dealer. You do not have to advance any money yourself.
- Budget exceeded? If the total costs of the maintenance check are higher than your remaining budget, the bicycle dealer will create a separate invoice for the remaining amount, which you pay yourself. You can always check your current budget yourself via your personal Lease a Bike platform.
