Step-by-step plan: From registration to your dream bike
Below we explain step by step how the process works, from your initial registration to the moment you ride away.
Step 1: Registration and confirmation
You start your registration very easily via our digital registration form. Once you have filled this out, you will automatically receive an email from us. Click on the link in this email to confirm your registration and activate your account. In this step, we also ask you to fill in the final essential company details to complete the connection.
Step 2: Credit check
Next, our financial partner, Grenke Lease, performs a credit check. This is a standard procedure to review the financial situation of your business.
Step 3: Cooperation agreement
Has the credit check been approved? Then we will immediately send you the cooperation agreement. This is done completely digitally and securely via DocuSign and an itsme link. The agreement is valid as soon as you, Lease a Bike, and Grenke have signed it.
Step 4: Access to the platform
After the digital signing by all parties, you will receive a confirmation email with a link. With this, you confirm your account and set up your personal login details. From that moment on, you have direct access to the Lease a Bike platform.
Step 5: Use your order code
As soon as you have access to the platform, your order code is immediately ready for you. With this unique code, you go to one of our affiliated bike dealers. You can easily find a dealer nearby via our dealer locator.
Step 6: Agree to the terms and conditions
Before the bike dealer can draw up the invoice for us and the bike is officially yours, you will receive a digital confirmation. In this, you agree to the terms and conditions of the lease contract.
Step 7: Pick up your bike
Once all the administration has been neatly completed, you will receive a 4-digit PIN code by email. You can also always find this code on your personal page in the platform. Take this PIN code with you to the bike dealer: this is your proof to pick up the bike and activate your contract!
