In this article, we explain to you as an employee where you can find your PIN code and what exactly you need it for. As soon as you have digitally agreed to the lease conditions and the addendum, the time has almost come: you can pick up your dream bike!
Your proof for pick-up
After your final agreement, you will automatically receive a 4-digit PIN code from us. This code is essential, as it is your official proof to pick up the lease bike at the bike dealer. Printing physical documents or paper contracts is therefore not necessary; we like to keep it simple and digital.
Finding the code on the platform
Have you unexpectedly lost the email with the code? No problem. You can always easily find the PIN code yourself via our platform:
- Log in to your personal account.
- Navigate in the menu to the section with your contracts.
- Click on the eye icon next to your active lease contract.
- Here you will see your unique PIN code directly on the screen.
To the bike dealer
As soon as the bike dealer lets you know that your bike is ready for delivery, take this PIN code with you to the store. The dealer uses the code in the system as the ultimate confirmation for the handover, after which you can happily ride away on your new lease bike.
