Lease a Bike acts as the central partner that digitally brings your employer, the bike dealer, and yourself together. The entire process runs via our platform. We handle all the administration in the background, so you can fully focus on choosing your bike.
The process in a few simple steps
Once your employer is affiliated, you go through the following steps to quickly hop on your bike:
- Invitation: You receive a unique registration link from your employer and create an account on our platform.
- Approval: After you have registered, your employer grants permission for your request with one click.
- Order code: Once you are approved, you immediately receive a personal order code via email.
- To the dealer: With this code, you go to an affiliated bike dealer of your choice to order your dream bike (including accessories and maintenance package).
As soon as the bike is ready for you and you have digitally agreed to the lease terms, you will receive a PIN code with which you can pick up the bike directly from the dealer.
