Step-by-step guide in the platform
Setting up the addendum digitally only takes a few minutes. You can easily arrange this via the following steps:
- Log in to the Lease a Bike platform.
- Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner.
- Then choose 'User Agreement'; here everything can be adjusted.
- Copy and paste the text from the sample addendum that you received from us.
Important when pasting the text
The platform only accepts plain text. Therefore, ensure that there are no images or special formatting in the text block. As soon as you save the text, the agreements will automatically be added to the contracts of your employees.
